What are its major activities or programs?

     Throughout the year, the FPPF organizes

• ph otogr aphy se minars and wor kshops in Manila and the provinces
• ph oto contests for interested private and government institutions
• ph oto tours to favorite and unknown tourist destinations
• ph oto exhibits in cooperation with private and government institutions
• ph oto shoots and contests for coffetable books and promotional events

     Its most eagerly awaited project is the annual Ph otoW orld Manila trade show and convention, held around the end of January or start of February.

How does one join the FPPF?

     The FPPF offers affiliate status to ph otogr aphy organizations such as cam era clubs and professional organizations, and to companies engaged in the manufacture, distribution, or sale of ph otographic equipment and supplies.
      Camera organizations need to formally apply for affiliation; ph otographic and film companies are considered affiliated by association unless they expressly disavow their association and sever their ties with FPPF.
      The FPPF does not accept individual or personal memberships or affiliations.
