THE WOR KSHOPS ON basic and advanced ph otogr aphy, conducted by the FPPF every month the whole year round, are the most effective and most reasonably priced short ph oto wor kshops in Manila. Over 1600 graduates have attended the wor kshops since 1995, many of whom have gone on to become professional ph otographers and to win national contests against more experienced ph otographers.

Ideal Participants

The wor kshops are ideal for
• serious amateurs
• ph otographer's assistants
• public relations staff
• advertising agency staff
• newsletter and publication staff
• teachers
• home snapshooters
• would-be professional ph otographers

Vic Sison demonstrating the use of reflector to wor kshop participants
Vic Sison, one of the regular lecturers on basic
and advanced ph otogr aphy, demonstrates the use
of a reflector to wor kshop participants.

Basic Before Advanced

Wor kshop participants are strongly advised to attend the Basic wor kshop before the Advanced, even if you do not consider yourself a neophyte. A few students who skipped ahead to the Advanced wor kshop found themselves awash in unfamiliar terms and concepts, and had to start over in the Basic wor kshop.
