Surgeons in Photoshop, One Pampanga Workshop, Two Basic Sessions Plus One Advance Class Make for a Busy Day at FPPF (…and we’re not complainin’)

June 14 was a busy Sunday for the FPPF with five simultaneous events going on: a one-day Photoshop class with some 20 doctors, two Basic Photography workshops, one Advanced workshop and an out-of-town seminar in San Fernando, Pampanga. Project Director Lito Beltran happily attended to all of these events – one at a time, of course.

The one-day Practical Digital Darkroom (with Photoshop CS3) was for the specialist doctors – all surgeons – who are members of the SILIP camera club. They call themselves “mga Siruhano sa Ihi Laging Interesado sa Paglitrato,” SILIP, for short, headed by their president, Dr. Nonoy Panganiban.

The Photoshop CS3 seminar with the doctors was sponsored by BIOMEDIS Prozelax, with company executives Froilan Llanore and Mylene Orense also attending the workshop.

Rounding out Sunday’s activities were the two regular Basic Photography workshops – one at FEMII and the other at the FPPF Art Chamber in Fort Santiago – and the Advance Photography workshop at the FPPF Studio, all making for a hectic but happy day at the FPPF.
