Husband and wife Jo Paul and Glenna Rae Gatapia took the Basic Photography course together in Batch 20. For their portrait entries, they had as models their niece and nephew, their flower girl and ring bearer when they got married about a year ago. Both Glenna and Paul emerged on top of their class in a one-two finish in the portrait category.

The Still Life category was dominated by the ladies (L-R): Grace Rena dela Cruz 4th Place, Carol Sy 1st, Lucina Veronica Salazar Dytoc 2nd, Voltaire Nuñez 3rd, the only male among them, and Chai Mislang 5th Place.
The winners were awarded trophies and medals courtesy of YKL Color/Fujifilm Philippnes. Their winning photos shall be posted soon in the Gallery.

Nakakalungkot naman parang ang bilis ng araw. Mamimiss ko kayo Batch 20. Caloy, tapos na ba ang FB account for Batch 20? Roger, dahan-dahan sa pag-drive. Tey, kanta ka naman ng Papa Cologne. Mike, lumalabas ang pagka-atty mo sa dalawang bote. Doc Len, nalasing sa isang basong iced tea. Ang tagal ng kwentuhan at inuman, di man lang nakapag-picture ng cityscape nung gabi. Buti pa si ate LV. ate LV, Salazar din mama ko. Siguro mag-pinsan tayo. hehehe. O paano kita-kits na lang sa FB. Excited ako sa advanced photography workshop at trek sa taal. huhm. Salamat Batch 20. Batch 20. We need a female speaker on Basic Photography. Mga 2 oras lang na talk about basic camera operations. Sino pwede sa inyo? Yun nga lang pro bono. Pero may token naman. Sino gusto? Para ito sa women’s organization ng company namin. Sasamahan ko naman kayo. August 28 yun.
