The husband-and-wife team of Carlos B. Carlos and Judith Cheng-Carlos of Exposure Camera Club bagged the top honors in last March’s PhotoWorld Cup photo contest on the Theme: “Where the Streets Have No Name.” First Place went to Carlo, while Judith settled for 2nd Place.
