The deadline for submission of entries to the PINES Eco-Photography Tilt is on August 15, 2010. The contest is open to all amateur and professional digital photographers who are Filipino citizens.
Theme of the contest is “Towards a Greener Earth.” It aims to promote the importance of addressing climate change challenges and encourage responsible governance towards the environment through photography.
The following prizes are at stake: P10,000 for the 1st Place, P5,000 for the 2nd Place and P3,000 for the 3rd Place winners. The 1st to 3rd Places will also receive certificates of recognition and a slot in the Eco-Business Tour on August 28, 2010. The 4th to 10th Place winners will have consolation prizes and certificates of recognition.

The PINES Eco-Photography Tilt is under the auspices of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) through the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), in cooperation with the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation, Inc. (FPPF) and Global Competitiveness Training and Consultancy, Inc.
