Can I ask for the specifics of the workshop, like a Program of Instruction, I just wanna know if the topics covered are fit to my needs, thank you. Please send to michaeltignacio@gmail.com.
How many participants are you looking at for this workshop?
Would Photoshop be included?
I met mt Beltran last Thursday before the Kadayawan festivities and he encouraged me to join.
my mobile number is 09082111488.
Would the fee be less if I don’t attend the first day?

Hi Sar, any lens is perfectly okay for the workshop. We don’t require participants to bring extra lenses and flash. We will bring strobes and other studio lighting equipment for everybody’s use. Hope to see you there!

Hi Leslie, you can use any camera (film or digital) that has manual controls for aperture and shutter speed. We will also have spare DSLR cameras that you can use during the workshop in case you need it. Kindly indicate on your registration form if you would like to borrow a unit so we can reserve one for you. Thanks!

Inquire lang po kung okey lang kahit anong brand ng camera at a must ba ang magdala ng laptop. May modules or reading materials ba kayong ipamigay sa amin at kung okey lang ba na baguhan lang ako sa photography. Thanks…

hello gud evening, may I ask is it purely basic lessons that we will learn here or is it amix of basic and advance course?
Commented: August 2, 2010 at 3:25 pm
Hi Kye, we appreciate your suggestions and reminders. We scouted the place and found the venue quite suitable for the workshop, especially on the lesson during the first workshop day when motion blur and camera panning will be discussed. The parks you pointed out will be nice places for participants to shoot when doing their assignments. However, all other hands-on exercises on composition and photographic lighting in the course of the workshop will be conducted within the confines of the hotel.
We invite you to come and participate in the workshop to share in our experiences as fellow photographers, and learn to see beauty in everything around us–from the exotic and unique subjects, to the mundane.

nice…
but there’s nothing outside D’Leonor to practice shoot.
maiinit at maalikabok masyado sa labas, not a good idea to shoot outside (trust me, u won’t shoot outside this hotel).
try going to PEOPLE’S PARK for practice shoot then. better go arnd 6-8am for it closes at 8am and reopens at 1pm na. other option is CROCODILE PARK. this is also better place to practice shoot. also walk around shot along SAN PEDRO STs.,infront of city hall, that’s like davao’s binondo.
the idea is – always find friendly place to shoot. safety first and be friendly always
.
p.s. wag nyo pansinin yung mga nag-aalok ng kung ano-ano.
also remember to call 911 when there’s a problem.
