During the critique session, Prof. Cecilia S. Angeles said, “Keep your composition clean, huwag masyadong maraming sahog.”
Veteran photojournalist Ed Santiago showed the class his old black-and-white photos, his barong-barong series.
Santiago told the class, “Mas maganda may contrast ang litrato, not only in exposure but also in content – bata at matanda, mayaman at mahirap.”

Doods San Miguel, in background, was happy he was not called for 3rd Place, that belonged to Mark Louie Reyes, beside him. Doods went on to win 1st Place in Landscape.
