Payment

Online registrations are considered reservations and must be settled in full on or before the first day of the convention lectures.

No shows/cancellations

Refunds will not be issued to paid-up no-shows a week before the start of the convention. You may transfer your registration to someone else.

Cancellations made more than a week before the start of the convention are entitled to a refund, minus a handling/administrative fee of P250.
